I am not going to say this has solved all my problems but it certainly seems to have alleviated most of them. It has helped the edema in my calves and ankles; I sleep all night, (at least 5 hours) without waking up with leg spasms, before I could only sleep 2 to 3 hours per night. The feeling has come back to the outside edges of my feet. Simply place your ankles on the machine, it will rock your feet from side to side and you will feel like a fish swimming in the ocean. Some people call it a “Chi” machine. I think this is a great product. Ask your doctor before you order one if you have serious health problems.

Hi,

After taking a Tai Chi class a few years ago, I learned about the bodies "chi" or energy flow. When you don't have constant daily movement, (shaking) your lymph system clogs. (read about it on-line) So I tried this product.

I searched on-line and found many different types of Chi Machines price from this $79 version to some over $500.

So, I started with this economincal version and am VERY pleased. Prior to this purchase I walked 3 mph over 2 weeks on a treadmill, and gained 2 lbs. NO results.

After 3 days using this machine, I lost 3 lbs. It loosens the gunk stuck in your intestines and colon. You will be amazed. I am getting back on the teadmill again with renewed hope to loose weight.

My older sister recommended this for chi movement, and I use it more for stress reducing. I'm work full time and attend college full time, and at the end of the day, the stress builds up. This machine have really help me relax.

This machine can be awkward at first, but I got use to it. Adjust to the speed that's comfortable and use a towel for added comfort.
